Driven by what she calls a "compulsive curiosity," Zhiyan transformed her high school journey into a fearless laboratory of exploration. From achieving top scores in IG History to bridging humanities and sciences by choosing Politics and PPE, she refused to play it safe. As debate president, she evolved from a terrified speaker into a celebrated mentor who found her greatest joy in lifting others up. Choosing between UCLA and LSE, Zhiyan conquered application anxiety by allowing herself to stumble, moving forward with an enduring philosophy: "I truly believe that experience itself is a reward."
